So, today was a little crazy, someone slashed my tires at work. I dont know who did it or why anyone would have any reason too, I'm just glad I saw it before I got further down the road. I won't go into all the details of what happened, but lets just say that I had another close call and someone wants me around for a while longer.

I doubt he'll read this, but to the guy in the white truck that stopped to offer me some help, I really appreciate it. I only hope that I can pay it forward sometime soon.

my spare was low on air as well and luckily since I own another Blazer I was able to have that spare brought to me while sitting on the side of the road covered in grease and in the hot sun, let me tell you, that was the highlight of my day. I wound up having to buy 2 new tires and didn't get home until late. Where I showered, had something to eat and passed out. I woke up and now I'm writing this, I'm still tired so I'm going to try to get some more sleep.
I wonder sometimes where my life could be if I had made different choices, then I think, well no one is perfect and life is all about learning to make correct decisions and finding happiness in our lives while finding ways to help others to do the same. I did a little thinking today about that and there are alot of people who don't know where to find happiness. It's not that they are incapable of finding it, but they're blinded from it for one reason or another. We all go through life experiences. It's impossible to go through life without getting some kind of emotional, spiritual, physical injury. I wonder whether the scarring is something we inflict upon ourselves. I wonder if lifes great mysteries and the path to happiness is right in front of us all the time, all we need to do is use the key to open the door. I've known that I find happiness in helping others, listening to them in trouble times, giving them a hug when they're in need of it or just being there. That's where real happiness comes from. It's a part of self worth and knowing that you've made a difference in someone's life. So I guess todays moral is that we can find happiness in helping others find theirs, having compassion for others when we don't have to. You'll be suprised in the difference it will make in your own life...

If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don't have love, I have become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal.

If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don't have love, I am nothing.

If I dole out all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don't have love, it profits me nothing.

Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
-First Corinthians, Chapter 13

I love all of you. I've been less than patient with one or more of you, and for that I am sorry. I will do my best to make sure my love for all of you bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.
